We do not offer direct public user account registration on the Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the opt-in process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

• Payment Processing: Payments for Services are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By purchasing Services, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your designated payment method.
• All Sales Are Final: All purchases, subscriptions, consulting engagements, and fees paid to Cash Flow Engineering LLC are 100% non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, pro-rated returns, or cancellations once a transaction is completed or a service contract has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property & AI Scraping Prohibition

• Ownership: All original content, frameworks, tools, text, graphics, logos, and materials available on the Site or provided through our Services are the sole intellectual property of Cash Flow Engineering LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CASH FLOW ENGINEERING LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

• Waiver of Class Action: YOU AND CASH FLOW ENGINEERING LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
